Self-Cleaning
A non-stick coating — like a non-stick pan — means dust and dirt never bond permanently. Normal rainwater washes the roof clean on its own.

What the Old Roof Was Hiding.
The Raincoat field team surveyed the property and laid out a modernization blueprint. Here's what they found and how they fixed it.
- Faded colour & severe rust on facial boards and sheets, the mark of a low-grade steel alloy.
- Ceiling failure — roof leaks rotted the interior ceilings until they spotted and fell in.
- Nail-hole leakage — old IBR sheets fixed with nails; the nail points rusted out, opening holes that let rain seep straight through.
- Hip roof with Dutch gables — replacing the basic gable layout. The Dutch gables double as cross-ventilation vents, letting trapped hot air escape and cooling the home naturally.
- Snap Lock architecture — interlocking male and female seams snap together with no nails piercing the surface, permanently eliminating leaks.
Nails rust out and leave holes. Snap Lock never pierces the surface. The seams simply interlock and snap, so the roof stays sealed for good.
